Making Substantive EIR Comments |
| If you have
technical expertise or relevant knowledge about Jackson State management
practices, silvicutural methods, endangered species, heritage resources,
watersheds, water quality, or other environmental or management matters,
please consider making a substantive comment on the EIR.
The Campaign will be happy to assist you in obtaining information on the EIR and Management Plan and to provide you with advice on making your comments legally relevant (conforming to the requirements of the EIR process as set forth in the California Environmental Quality Act - CEQA).
